Statistical Chart Configuration

1. Creating a New Statistical Chart

Click on the Statistical button in the worksheet to enter the statistics section. Click on "Add Chart" in the upper right corner.

2. Setting the Statistical Range

Create a new view, the first step is to set the statistical range of the table records.

  • Data Source: Choose the views you can see, and count the records you can see under the view. You can also choose not to select a view and choose all records.
  • Time: Further determine the time range of the records to be counted, choose a time field (creation time, modification time, or other date fields), and the time range can choose a fixed time period (today, yesterday, this week, last week, this year, last year...), or you can define your own time period. For example, count the records created "this month" under the XX view.
  • X-Axis/Y-Axis: According to the actual situation, choose the statistical values you need to display.

Is there a limit to the number of rows of records for statistical charts? There is no limit to the number of rows of data for statistics, and there is also no limit to the number of legends in the chart in the statistical results.

3. Choose the Appropriate Chart Type

Currently supports 4 types: bar chart, line chart, pie chart, and numerical chart. Different chart types require different properties to be set.

Take the bar chart as an example to determine the statistical dimension.

  • X-Axis: The statistical dimension, the basis for data classification statistics.

Fields that can be selected: date control, other text-type controls (including text boxes, mobile phones, emails, etc.), and numerical fields. When the X-axis selects a date-type field, you need to set the granularity (month, week, day...), and choose the granularity as the classification of the X-axis.

  • Y-Axis: The statistical value.

Must configure a value, formula/rank type, if it is a numerical field in the table, then this numerical field can be processed in 4 ways (sum, average, maximum, minimum).

4. Chart Style

Control the display of styles through switches.

4.1 Display Settings

Control the display of the legend through the switch on the right side.

4.2 Numerical Settings

Set whether to display numbers, how many decimal places to display (default is automatic).
