What is an Application?

The business systems built on the Lancode platform are called applications, such as order management, contract management, customer management, etc.
An application can be built through a combination of modules such as forms, views, permission groups, workflows, and custom pages.

Forms

Forms are used to collect, store, and manage your business data. Through 20+ field controls, you can quickly create a variety of forms that meet your data needs, and you can also establish associations between different forms.

Views

A view is a window for displaying form data. Based on the requirements of business scenarios, you can use views to display only the desired data.

Permission groups

Permissions management can assign different permissions to different members. It can implement a custom permission group, allowing group members access to certain forms and views, no access to some fields, and partial access to a few fields that can only be viewed but not edited.

Workflows

Workflows can help realize workflow control and automation within an enterprise. As long as there are regular operation workflows, the workflow can be used to complete them automatically.

Statistics

Statistical charts can help users realize the visual statistical analysis of form data. Lancode provides a variety of rich charts, such as column charts, line charts, circular charts, and numerical charts.

Custom pages

Lancode supports users in creating a blank page, visually configuring different types of components such as statistical charts, filters, and views on the page, and building a dashboard/cockpit to display data.
