1. My To-Dos

In the "My Processes" page, clicking on "My To-Dos" will display information about approvals in progress and to-dos awaiting completion:

1.1 Operations​

(1) Clicking on the information under "In Approval" will display the form information and process progress in approval, as shown in the following figure:

(2) Clicking on the information under "To Be Filled" will display the form information and process progress of the to-be-filled documents, as shown in the following figure:

"My To-Dos" is divided into 3 main functions: Search, Filter, and Process Status:

Able to perform a fuzzy search based on the input content and display matching data on the right:

1.3 Filter​

Able to filter data successfully based on the filled filter conditions, where the filter options are all optional:

  • Initiator: The person who started the process
  • Initiation Time: The date range of the process
  • Application Name: Choose the application name to filter
  • Process Name: Choose the corresponding process name

1.4 Select Status Bar​

The selectable values are: All, In Approval, and To Be Filled. After selecting a value, the corresponding data will be automatically matched and displayed.

2. Processed by Me

In the "My Processes" page, clicking on "Processed by Me" will display the documents that have been processed:

2.1 Operations​

(1) Clicking on the information under "Approved" will display the form information and process progress of the approved documents, as shown in the following figure:

(2) Clicking on the information under "Rejected" will display the form information and process progress of the rejected documents, as shown in the following figure:

"Processed by Me" is divided into 3 main functions: Search, Filter, and Process Status:

2.3 Filter​

Able to filter data successfully based on the filled filter conditions, where the filter options are all optional:

  • Initiator: The person who started the process
  • Initiation Time: The date range of the process
  • Application Name: Choose the application name to filter
  • Process Name: Choose the corresponding process name

2.4 Select Status Bar: The selectable values are: All, Approved, Rejected, Transferred, Filled, and Co-signed. After selecting a value, the corresponding data will be automatically matched and displayed.

3. Initiated by Me

In the "My Processes" page, clicking on "Initiated by Me" will display all the documents I have initiated:

3.1 Operations​

(1) Clicking on the information under "Approved" will display the form information and process progress of the approved documents, as shown in the following figure:

(2) Clicking on the information under "In Progress" will display the form information and process progress of the ongoing documents, as shown in the following figure:

3.3 Filter​

Able to filter data successfully based on the filled filter conditions, where the filter options are all optional: Initiation Time: The date range of the process Application Name: Choose the application name to filter Process Name: Choose the corresponding process name

3.4 Select Status Bar​

The selectable values are: All, In Progress, Approved, Rejected, and Filled. After selecting a value, the corresponding data will be automatically matched and displayed.

4. Copied to Me

In the "My Processes" page, clicking on "Copied to Me" will display all the documents where I am the copied person:

4.1 Operations​

(1) Clicking on the information under "Read" will display the form information and process progress of the read documents, as shown in the following figure:

(2) Clicking on the information under "Unread" will display the form information and process progress of the unread documents, as shown in the following figure: Moreover, once the unread information is closed after reading, the document will automatically change to read status upon the next view.

"Copied to Me" is divided into 3 main functions: Search, Filter, and Process Status:

4.3 Filter​
