Bar Chart

1. Chart Introduction

Used to display the data changes of a certain category within a specific time period or to compare data between multiple categories. The height of the bars represents the differences in data, clearly showing the maximum and minimum values.

For example, the bar chart below: counts the purchase volume of each category.

2. Example and Configuration

Below we introduce how to create a bar chart through an example.

In the Purchase Management table, count the purchase quantity of each category. Category Grouping (X-axis): Choose by Name Statistical Index (Y-axis): The total sum of purchase quantity

Configuration method:

2.1 Create a New Statistic

Open the chart settings window.

2.2 Select the Range to be Statistically Analyzed in the Worksheet

Set Select Time Range: Creation Time (All) Statistical Data Range: All Data

2.3 Set the X-axis

Set the statistical value, choose "Name".

2.4 Set the Y-axis

Set the statistical value, choose "Number".

Note: The Y-axis only allows setting numerical values. You can set the calculation method here, whether it is the sum, maximum, minimum, or average value.

2.5 Chart Preview and Save

Click the Save button to complete the chart configuration.
