Views

Views are windows through which users can view and manage worksheet data. By default, the system presents data in a table view (similar to an Excel sheet).

Views can be duplicated, and through configurations like data filtering and field display in each view, they can be tailored to present only the data users need. Combined with application group view permissions, different members can view and manage different table data.

For example, in the product table below, by using the data filter condition field "Is Listed" as "Listed", the view result will ultimately display records with the status Listed. Other records not listed will not appear in this view.
