Each worksheet is composed of rows of records, and the primary operations of a single record are: create, edit, copy, and delete.

Within a view, the same field across multiple records can be edited in bulk. This supports editing of various field types including text, number, single select, multi-select, date, rating, member, department, region, email, phone, time, image, attachment, linked record, location, identification, and rich text.
đī¸ Data Import
After configuring the fields of the worksheet, internal staff can quickly import data into the worksheet through Excel documents, in addition to directly adding new records on the application system.
đī¸ Data Export
Users can export records under the view. After the data is exported successfully, it must be downloaded in the Notifications.

System provides a printing function for worksheet records.

Word template printing is a custom printing method. You can insert fields and set print style templates based on Word documents according to your needs.

Records can be shared internally and externally by sharing the link or QR code.

Application administrators and members who have log permissions can view the log records, including:

After records are modified or deleted, they can be restored. Under the worksheet, the change history of the past 30 days is retained.
