Record Permission

Each record in the worksheet is the team's data, and a piece of business data can already involve operations by different members.
For example, permission to view, approve, create, edit, delete data, and other permission assignments.

1. Record creator

Record creator means the person who created the record. The creator is just an identity and does not grant related permissions.

In different creation methods, the creators are divided into:

Add a new record in the Lancode application; the operator is the creator of the record;

For records created through the public form, the creator is uniformly set as "public form";

For records created through workflow, the creator is collectively set as "workflow".

2. Record owner

The record owner refers to the person who owns the data record. The owner can view, edit, and delete the record and is the creator by default. And there can only be one owner.
When adding a record to a worksheet, the record creator is the record owner by default.

You can also update the owner to other members through the Update Data node of the workflow. (to be released)

3. Most recently modified by

The person who last modified is only a kind of record and is the last operator and editor of the record.
