Member Event Trigger
1. Type introduction
Member event as trigger: The workflow is executed when a person joins/leaves the organization as a member. The person's information can be synchronized to the worksheet or other systems.
2. Scenario example
You maintain members' basic information through the "Member Management" table, which can also be associated and called by other worksheets, so the team member information must be updated in time. For example, when a new member joins the organization, the file information of the new team member needs to be added to the employee file tablefor timely use.
3. Configuration steps
3.1 Add workflow type
When creating a workflow, choose to trigger by Member Event.
3.2 Configure trigger mode

3.2.2 Set filter conditions
Only records that meet the conditions can trigger the workflow.
4. Configure the execution plan
After configuring the trigger, you can start configuring the actions that the plan will execute.
For example, add a new record node and a related record in the employee file tablewith the newly acquired personnel information.
5. Publish workflow
After saving, click the Publish workflow to test and use it.
