Filter Operations

In the view, we can quickly locate the records we need through search, filter, and sort operations.

Through the search bar, just enter a keyword, and the system will list the matching records. 💡 Single and multiple choice content does not support the search function. We can use the filter function for these fields.

2. Filter

We can customize filter conditions, support condition groups, and the filtered data is only visible to the operator.

2.1 How to Filter

  1. Click the icon to select the field you want to filter, and click "+ Add Condition" to set the desired conditions to complete the filter configuration.

  2. Continue to add other filter conditions and configure the relationship between the conditions (AND/OR).

When we need multiple conditions, we need to determine whether the relationship between the two conditions is "AND" or "OR". Once confirmed, the subsequent filter relationships are the same and cannot be changed.

2.2 How to Create a Quick Filter for a View

In addition to filtering field content through the above method, we can also create quick filters for easy use next time. This can be set on the view configuration page, with the following operations:
