Data Import

After configuring the fields of the worksheet, internal staff can quickly import data into the worksheet through Excel documents, in addition to directly adding new records on the application system.

2. Upload Excel File

Download the Data Entry Template, then drag and drop the file into the middle area, or click the Upload File button.

💡 Note: ⦿ To ensure successful data import, it is recommended to use the data entry template. ⦿ Supports xls, xlsx, csv files within 10M. ⦿ The data in the file should not exceed 20,000 rows and 200 columns. ⦿ For importing multi-select type controls, please ensure that each option in the Excel field ⦿ For importing region controls, separate provinces, cities, and counties with “/”

3. Data Preview, Select Sheet and Header

4. Establish Mapping

Map the Excel table fields to the worksheet fields; You can choose whether to filter duplicate data for skipping, overwriting, updating; validate error data; and trigger workflows upon data import, etc. After setting up, click import to proceed.
