Send Email

1. Node function

The Send Email notification node can send the specified text content and attachments to the email address of the selected member/department and supports CC.

2. Node settings

2.1 Sending method

Support group sending and standard two ways.

2.2 Recipients (To and CC)

Currently supports setting as organization team members and departments

2.3 Subject

For the email subject, you can use static or dynamic values

• Fixed value is entered manually
• The dynamic value can be selected from the workflow record

2.4 Main body

The email body supports editing with plain text or rich text;

Plain text mode supports the use of dynamic values.

2.5 Sender name

You can enter a fixed value or select a field in the workflow record, such as a member field

2.6 Reply-to address

This is the email address for the recipient to reply to

2.7 Attachment

Supports sending attachments from records
