2. Field Settings

Allows users to add one or more files Allow file uploads (up to one file up to 2GB at a time)

3.Attachment online preview

Support JPG, JPEG, PNG, bmp, tiff and other image formats; Support doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pdf, txt and other file formats; Support MP4, AVI, MOV, WMV, MKV, FLV, F4V, SWF, RMVB, MPG and other video formats.

4.Attachment Download

Form Settings - Function switch, you can control "Download Attachments", after it is turned on, users can download the attachments of worksheet records, but after it is closed, they cannot be downloaded, if it is a view/record for external sharing, it is based on the download permission of the sharer.

5. Special Instructions

info The send mail node of the workflow, the attachment size is limited to 4M The name of the attachment sent cannot contain the following special characters: '?\"<>/space'
