Member

1. Field Introduction

The member field reads team members.

2. Selection Mode

Single selection: Only one member can be selected Multiple selection: Multiple members can be selected

3. Permission Settings

Through the permission settings of the member field, corresponding record permissions can be granted to the members filled in this field. There are 3 types of permissions that can be set for the member field:

  • Member: Joined members are allowed to view records
  • Owner: Joined members are allowed to edit and delete records
  • For Data Storage Only: Joined members are not granted any permissions and are only used as a data record

For example:

  • When the member field permission of the worksheet is set to Member,

Suppose there is Record A, and the member field in Record A includes Xiao Lan, then Xiao Lan has the permission to view Record A.

  • When the member field permission of the worksheet is set to Owner,

Suppose there is Record B, and the member field in Record B includes Xiao Ku, then Xiao Ku has the permissions to view, edit, and delete Record B.

  • When the member field permission of the worksheet is set to For Data Storage Only,

Suppose there is Record C, and the member field in Record C includes Xiao You, then Xiao You has no permissions to view, edit, delete, etc., and exists only as a value in the field.

Note: Members and owners set as member field permissions do not necessarily have the ability to view, edit, and delete records. It needs to be combined with the configuration of application permissions. If the permission group to which the member belongs does not grant the corresponding permissions for the record range, then even if the member/owner permission is set in the record's member field, they are not granted the permissions to add, delete, or modify.

3. Default Value

3.1 Supports Fixed Value​

Set specified members (single selection mode sets 1 fixed member, multiple selection mode can set multiple members)

3.2 Supports Current User​

The operator of the current record

3.3 Supports Other Field Values​

For the current record, match the field type of single selection member, supports: Member For related records, match the field type of single selection member, supports: Member, Creator, Owner

3.4 Supports Querying Worksheets​

By querying worksheets, records that meet the conditions can be obtained, and the member field of the query table can be specified to fill in the member field of the current table
